My aim is to make software that earns its place in someone’s day. That means paying attention to the experience, the tradeoffs, and what it takes to maintain it.

Understand the problem

Start with a specific task and ask whether AI is the right fit.

Keep it understandable

Choose clear boundaries, deliberate data handling, and the simplest design that fits.

Check the details, listen to feedback, and make room for ongoing improvements.

03 / The person behind the work

Curiosity is the
common thread.

I’m Tony. I’m most at home connecting a messy problem to a system that makes someone’s day a little easier.

My personal projects follow that curiosity: a better way to remember meetings, tools for reviewing code, and a scorekeeper for the sport my family loves. This site is about those independent projects, not my employment.

I work with coding agents, but stay close to the architecture, the tradeoffs, and the details. Building is how I think.
